Quotes are not contracts

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding moving contract. Estimates and plans we send after a request are informational until both parties agree in a separate written service agreement. Availability, pricing, and scope can change after an on-site or virtual survey.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate move and contact details. Access issues, inventory, or timing you do not disclose may affect scheduling and cost.

Feedback

Post-move feedback is voluntary. Scores and comments may be used internally to improve our work. Public Google reviews are optional and are never gated on a score.

Site content

Branding, copy, and media on this site are owned by Peak Performance Relocations or used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without consent. The site is provided as-is; we may update pages or pause access for maintenance.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use (including form outages). Moving-service liability is defined in the separate moving agreement, not these website terms.
